Our sample products are only available in our polished brass unlacquered (PBUL) finish as this is the most economical and sustainable choice. You will have the option to add finish chips when ordering a sample product if you wish to see a different finish.

Each product is made-to-order at our Birmingham factory. Made from solid brass, our luxury products pass from machines to hands where they are finished to the highest quality. This time-intensive process means our products are non-returnable, unless faulty.

We recommend firstly deciding on whether you'd like your finish to change over time (unlacquered) or to stay the same (lacquered). Once you have decided on this, think about tones you like and whether you want your products to match or contrast existing fixtures and fittings.
